I got pulled over today.....

 

This is how I started my day. 

Perfection!

                                                

Then, I got pulled over for driving with expired tags. I had just asked my husband, "Did you renew the tags on the truck?" With confidence, he replied, "Of course, I did." I believed him. However, the tags were 6 months past due, and the officer gave me a $50 fix-it ticket and set me free. I called my husband to confirm that he had not renewed the tags, but he was still convinced that he did. Then, I received an email, "Your tags have been renewed."    Next stop, police substation to get a signature on the ticket and pay the fine.   

 Instead of dwelling on the ticket, I treated myself to a pedicure! It's worth noting that the truck belongs to my daughter and is a classic 1996 Ford R150. The officer even complimented it!
